Rebates & Tax Credits

US Postage Stamp, 1977

There have never before been incentives and credits available to homeowners like we are seeing right now. If you’ve been thinking about making energy efficiency improvements to your home, we strongly suggest making them soon if you can. These rebates and tax incentives cover a wide range of improvements, making it much more affordable to install insulation, weatherstripping, caulking, and even to add Solar Panels and create your own electricity! Add these benefits to the intrinsic financial benefits of insulation, and there really has never been a better time to act!

For your convenience, we’ve compiled a list of energy efficiency programs that you may qualify for.  We work with all our clients to make sure they get the most current rebates, credits, and incentives available.

Federal Income Tax Credit

A federal income tax credit of up to $1500 is available for qualified home energy efficiency improvements such as insulation, high-efficiency air conditioning systems, high-efficiency heat pumps and more.
